My Artwork - Kildonan Beach - Isle of Arran. Scotland - 2024. Shop

  • Kildonan is a popular beach in Arran which lays to the south of the island.
  • Seal colonies can be spotted  most mornings in Kildonan.
  • The name Kildonan is derived from a 6th century disciple called St. Donan, who came to Arran with St. Columba to evangelize the alleged heathen inhabitants of Kildonan.
  • The  geological wonders of Kildonan Beach  are amazing, displaying  nature at it's best with it's unspoilt beauty.
  • The views of Ailsa Craig and Pladda Island are spectacular from Kildonan.
  • Kildonan is well worth a visit when visiting Arran.
  • I do hope you like my photography taken over a three year period.
